l The department maintains Teaching diaries, Synopsis and prepares Annual Academic plans to Have more systematic approach.

l The faculty of the department strictly adheres to the academic Schedule as per the almanac furnished by the university.

l Besides class room teaching of Telugu Literature, additional coaching and revision classes are Conducted after the completion of the prescribed syllabus.

l These types of classes help in effective Understanding of the subject and give the students an opportunity to clear their doubts on certain points In the lesson presented of discussed.

l The students’ growth and achievement is evaluated through Unit Tests in each paper. These Tests help in appraising the student’s learning process.

l In addition to these tests, Pre-Final examinations In March/April. The marks obtained by the students in the monthly tests are duly informed to their Respective parents regularly.

l Results are reviewed constantly and remedial classes are arranged for academically poor Students, study projects and seminars are organized to the pace with the advanced learners bright students.
