Vision

· To provide strong fundamentals in Chemistry in undergraduate level.

· To generate and disseminate knowledge through a harmonious blend of ancient and modern wisdom.

· To introduce innovative teaching methodologies.

· To built an interface between Chemical industries and college to provide job opportunities through academic and industrial interactions.

· To serve the society by developing intellectual, cultural, ethical and human sensitivities in students.

· To promote scientific temper among the student folk.

Mission

The department of Chemistry is committed to develop, enhance and improve the quality of human resourses and to cultivate moral and ethical values. And to prepare competitive and professional graduates having sound knowledge of basics for the betterment of students and society.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

•  Conducting educational tour to  Labs , Industries and water purification plants.
• To motivate students to conduct seminars, workshops on the topics included in the curriculum. It will help in achieving academic excellence and exposure.
•  To provide a comprehensive training in theoretical and lab skills.
•  To equip students with adequate practical skills that will enable them function productively in society.
•  To produce leadership in science and technology.
•  To develop the attitude of the students to concentrate on applied science aspects
•  Transform society through the empowerment of women
•  To develop research aptitude and a scientific advancement.
